1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, booking a consultation, scheduling a service, or receiving any service from Harr_is Beautiful/Augustine Harris, you agree to be bound by all policies, regulations, terms, and conditions outlined on this website.

If you do not agree, you should not book or receive services.

2. Required Signature & Acceptance

All clients are required to review and sign service agreements, consultation forms, waivers, and policy acknowledgments prior to receiving services.

Non-Editable Forms Clause

All digital and printed forms provided by Harr_is Beautiful are non-editable legal documents. Clients may not alter, modify, remove, or revise any portion of these documents.

Altered documents will be considered invalid.

3. Automatic Acceptance Clause

If a client:

Books a consultation
Schedules an appointment
Receives a service
Makes a payment
Pays a deposit
Participates in a virtual consultation

THEN all website policies, regulations, and terms are automatically in full legal effect, regardless of whether a physical or digital signature was obtained.

Receipt of consultation or service constitutes full agreement to all policies.

4. Services Disclaimer

Harr_is Beautiful provides professional cosmetology and trichology services.

We do not diagnose medical conditions.
We do not prescribe medication.
Services are cosmetic and educational in nature.
Clients should consult licensed medical providers for medical concerns.

5. No Refund Policy

All services, deposits, prepaid packages, memberships, and retail products are final sale.

Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of trichology and salon services:

No refunds will be issued.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Fees are non-refundable
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours for possible corrective adjustment at management discretion.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

6. Booking & Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice required for cancellations.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeited deposit.
No-shows may be charged 50–100% of service fee.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be rescheduled without price adjustment.
No show or cancellation does not add additional days to package days scheduled.

7. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute arising from services rendered shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Clients waive the right to jury trial and class-action participation.

8. Chargeback Protection

By purchasing services, clients agree not to initiate unjustified credit card chargebacks.

All disputes must first be submitted in writing.

Chargeback attempts will be disputed using:

Signed agreements
Service documentation
Booking confirmations
Consultation records

Clients agree to reimburse administrative and legal costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks.

9. Service Guarantee (Non-Refund Based)

Harr_is Beautiful is committed to excellence.

If concerns arise:

Clients must notify us within 48 hours.
Management may offer a corrective service at its discretion.
Refunds will not be issued.

10. Digital Signature & Online Booking Agreement

For online bookings, include this required checkbox language:

Clients cannot proceed with booking unless this box is checked.
